Dry mix of tundish is added with thermosetting solid resin as low temperature binder and some medium temperature binder, and the particle composition is designed by the tightest packing theory. It is an ideal material for replacing insulation board and magnesia coating, and has the characteristics of long construction time of rapid casting steel.
